Wherever you are, look around and identify possible places to breastfeed. You’ll know where to go if you need to feed your baby.
Use a blanket for more privacy.
You don’t have to, but if you don’t feel comfortable breastfeeding your baby in public, it is preferable to breastfeed with a blanket covering your breast. This is before not doing so.
Focus on you and your baby.
It is important to remember that others are not of importance at this moment. Focus on the beautiful bond of feeding your baby and let time pass.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes for breastfeeding.
